What is perineal rehabilitation?
It is a gentle work aimed at strengthening or relaxing the muscles of the perineum, depending on needs. The sessions can be done externally or internally, always respecting your wishes, with or without the help of a biofeedback device.

When to start rehabilitation after childbirth?
Generally, rehabilitation can start 6 weeks after childbirth, but this depends on your situation and your gynecologist's advice.
